The Ultimate Detox require payment when you book and your booking is not confirmed until cleared funds have been received by The Ultimate Detox.

The Ultimate Detox accepts payment by credit/debit card or cheques (payable to The Ultimate Detox).

If a cancellation is made 30 days prior to arrival date and acknowledged by The Ultimate Detox, then a full refund (less a £60:00 administration charge) will be made to the customer. Where cancellation is received less than 30 days prior to arrival date no refund will be made under any circumstances. No refunds will be made for non-arrivals. All cancellations must be confirmed by e-mail to info@theultimatedetox.co.uk

If you decide to break your fast/detox during your stay that can be arranged but there will be an additional charge of £50 per person, per day for preparing extra food.

All additional treatments at the Bath House Spa should be paid at the end of your stay to The Ultimate Detox.

We do not aim to cure, diagnose or treat any illness or disease. If you have any medical conditions, recent operations or surgery then we advise you to talk to your health practitioner before embarking on The Ultimate Detox.
