The Times Online featured The Ultimate Detox in one of their articles:

“You no longer have to go to a Central European clinic to be purged. Sabine Savisalo-Schuh, the Austrian detox and health coach, takes over the 24-bedroom New Park Manor hotel in the New Forest several times a year for her ten-day Ultimate Detox. Based on Dr Otto Buchinger’s early 20th-century method of combining fasting, activity and rest, there are two days prep, six days of fasting (clear veg soup, porridge and not much else) and two days post-fasting, with daily yoga, Nordic walking and meditation.”
